Do you remember the day we heard the news of the liberation of Kherson? It seems that that warm joy has not gone away, and it is thanks to it that the ring shines so brightly: the silver has felt our emotions from the return of our native land and now radiates them.

The ring depicts the Art Museum building designed by architect Adolf Minkus. Initially, it was an administrative building that simultaneously housed the City Duma, Kherson City Bank, the City Orphan Court, and the City Council; in 1977, it was transferred to the Art Museum.

The decoration also features the waves of the Dnipro River, on which the city stands, and the southern sun, which is reflected in the waves, adding warmth and cheerfulness to the composition.
